• Design assistance, including a custom design board to help bring your wedding vision together

• Scheduling and attendance at vendor meetings with you

• Monthly planning check-ins to review your budget, planning checklist, progress, and upcoming priorities

• Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline

• Ongoing vendor confirmations and communication to finalize last-minute details

• Final walkthrough at your ceremony and reception venues to review logistics and final details

Your Wedding Day

When your wedding day arrives, you should be fully present for it. McKayla and the Shaded Spruce Events team will take the lead on the timeline, vendors, setup, logistics, and all the details behind the scenes so you can focus on celebrating.

• Up to 12 hours of wedding day coordination with Principal Planner McKayla and one to two event assistants

• Additional coordination time available at $100/hour

• Execution of your detailed wedding day timeline

• Emergency kit with essential items and helpful extras for unexpected moments

• Vendor arrival, greeting, and assistance with ceremony and reception setup

• A dedicated point of contact for your vendors, venue staff, wedding party, and key family members

• Setup of personal reception décor and details

• Distribution and pinning of corsages, boutonnieres, and bouquets

• Ongoing communication with vendors and venue staff throughout the day

• Oversight of ceremony and reception setup to ensure everything is completed as planned

• Wedding party direction and ceremony processional coordination

• Music cueing for key moments throughout the ceremony and reception

• Relocation of décor from the ceremony space to the reception space, as needed

• Reception coordination, including cueing you and your wedding party throughout the evening

• Distribution of final payments and gratuities

• Organization and packing of personal wedding items at the end of the evening, with items transferred to your designated person or vehicle

• Safe organization of wedding gifts in a designated vehicle

• Coordination of end-of-night transportation

 

For liability reasons, Shaded Spruce Events does not transport personal wedding items after the event.
